Abbey Granger

About

Abbey began dancing at the age of 4 in a Movement to Music class in 2011. This then progressed to jazz which she focused solely on until eventually branching out into a number of different styles. Abbey has received several encouragement awards, the Georgia Lewtas Award, and the Best Junior Public Exam Award twice at Graduations. She has represented Reflexions at the Burnie Eisteddfod, winning 1st, 2nd and 3rd placings in solo, duo and group sections. Abbey also assisted in choreographing Parklands High School’s 2022 production of ‘Back to the 80’s.’

Abbey learnt to love dance because of Reflexions and the teachers she grew up with, and she hopes to inspire her students in the same way. She teaches Jazz and Modern Ballet.
